Logos Capital internship program provides enthusiastic candidates with an opportunity to jump into impact investing and work on live projects to identify, fund, and grow sustainable businesses.

 

Applicants have the option to choose from either a three month or a six month internship. Please note that this unpaid internship is full-time, as a significant time commitment is needed to make an impact and to get the full benefit of what the program has to offer. Role Description:

 

Interns will primarily assist the firm with business development efforts, with the intent of generating qualified off-market investment opportunities. Additionally, there will be the chance to learn and participate in other aspects of the investment process. Key responsibilities include:

Marketing & Social Media Manager

 

 

  • Develop presentations and summaries for clients 

  • Manage social media accounts

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns 

  • Oversaw website maintenance and updates

Investment Banking Analyst

 

  • Create financial models and analyze financial statements 

  • Prepare pitch decks, executive summaries for investor presentations

  • Prepare documents for business development 

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis and industry research

  • Collect and curate investor outreach campaigns

  • Coordinate and take notes and create memos of Investor meetings and calls

  • Conduct follow-up with investors​

HR & Project Manager Specialist

  • Create and manage the training programs and team building activities

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process

  • Ensure that all processes comply with operation manuals and company’s policies

  • Create the GANTT charts

  • Monitor the progress of the project

IT Specialist

 

 

  • Develop and improve the company’s website 

  • Set up and maintain the email accounts for employees, managers, and clients

  • Assist Marketing Team 

Qualifications:

While a baseline level of business acumen is expected, a positive attitude, with an ownership mentality, and a willingness to learn are of the utmost importance. Given the fast-paced and ambiguous nature of our work, this role is necessarily unstructured and requires the ability to independently play multiple roles on a small, flexible team. While the candidate may not have specific experience with many tasks, the firm is committed to providing on-the-ground guidance. Desired qualifications include:

  • Hungry, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

  • “Common sense” judgment with good business intuition.

  • Tenacity, creativity, and attention to detail to complete ambiguous tasks.
